Tea Orders complies with all applicable U.S. export regulations, including restrictions on sanctioned countries, and that customers agree not to re-export products in violation of these laws.

Returns / Refunds Policy


Refund Process & Timeline – Tea Orders refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14–30 business days after receiving the returned unopened product.


Delivery / Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Timeframes & Delays – Customer should receive their Tea Order in the U.S. within 3–7 business days (estimated delivery times may vary based on location).
  2. Lost or Damaged Shipments –If the customer’s Tea Order is lost or arrives damaged, they may file a claim for refund or replacement by calling 866-867-3377 or by emailing us at [email protected].
